Assistant ManagerWe are looking for a well-rounded Assist. Manager here at the Yellowstone Angler. This is a year round position and would be 40 hours a week, with two days off. If you love fly fishing, the Yellowstone River and other great waters are just minutes away. We are looking for someone who has an outgoing personality, is self motivated, and has a thorough knowledge of fly fishing, flies, gear, tackle and clothing. Prior fly shop experience is important. The job will entail sales, merchandise buying, and a variety of other jobs here in the shop. We need someone that has good computer skills, as well as experience with point of purchase inventory control systems like Retail Pro. If you have Web site design experience and on-line catalog design experience this will also be very helpful. Vacation time and also travel opportunities to host world-wide fly fishing trips. Summertime Fly Shop EmployeeSummer position, from June through August or early Sept. Must have a thorough knowledge of fly fishing, with sales experience, preferably in a fly shop. Since the fly fishing industry is service oriented, we need a self-motivated, person with an upbeat personality and good communication skills. We want a person that is willing to do a variety of jobs around the shop, mainly sales, but also stocking merchandise, shipping and receiving, and cleaning. 40 hours a week, with two days off each week. Great fishing opportunities close to Livingston. Housing is generally easy to find and not expensive Job would start early to mid-June and last through late August to mid-September. We are flexible with students and their school schedules.
