       2008 Yellowstone River Clean Up

Yellowstone River Clean Up
April 12 8:00 am

Thanks to their generosity, we will be staging at

Sweetwater Fly Shop, 5082 US Hwy 89 South
again this year. Free Shuttles are arranged and you

don't have to have a boat to volunteer.

We had 78 volunteers and 26 boats last year,
we hope to increase those numbers!

We are hoping for 100 volunteers and 36 boats in 2008!

Mark your calendar and join us for a great project and a fun BBQ that will begin at 2 pm. This year we have new sponsors and it will be a great time for all.

What to Bring:  Boat (if you have one) with appropriate number of life jackets, Waders (old ones if you have the option), Work gloves, Clothes for all types of weather (cold to cool it is looking like), Sunscreen, Sunglasses, Snacks, Camera, A kid or better yet, kids..(kids are the future stewards of our natural resources) kids 12 and under MUST wear lifejackets at all times while in watercrafts per Montana law!

Don’t Bring:  Your fishing rod (too easy to end up broken with all the trash that gets piled in the boats). Also, fishing causes much trash to be missed.
