Shopping Terms

We do everything we can to make our customers happy and give them a reason to come back the next time that they need anything related to fly fishing.  By placing an order in our online fly shop, your private information is secure, and we are the only ones that will process the charges on your credit card.  All records of your transaction will be kept here in our Livingston shop and if there are any questions, simply give us a call.

Overseas and Express Shipping.
If you need to have your order shipped overseas or need it right away (like tomorrow) then please place the order as you normally would with the following changes:  Overseas:  We will send you a shipping expense quote before processing your order.  Simply reply to our email with your acceptance of the shipping charges and we will send your order using the preferred shipping method.  Express:  Please call us at
(406) 222-7130 to confirm our receipt of your order.  At this time we can quote you the express shipping charges and expedite your order.  We normally use UPS but we can also use FedEx or the US postal Service when needed.

If you purchase a product from the Yellowstone Angler, and upon receipt, you decide it isn't what you wanted, simply give us a call and we will make arrangements to get you what you do want or we'll refund your money.  In order to do this, we ask that you don't use the product if you intend to return it.  If you use a product and have a problem, call us and we will work with you to have any problems resolved with the manufacturer.  In other words, if you aren't happy, we will do everything we can to make you happy.

If you order a product we don't currently have in stock, we will email you immediately and let you know when we expect to be able to ship it.  If this is the case, we will not charge your credit card until we receive the product and ship this to you.   Otherwise, if the item is in stock, we will normally ship the same day if we receive your order before 1 PM mountain time.  Otherwise it will go out the next day (M-F) and we'll charge your credit card at that time.  If you are making an urgent order, for things that you need very quickly for a trip or a special occasion,  please let us know when you place the order and we will do everything we can to make sure you get what you need in time, even if we have to send it to you overnight!
