As long as you’re able to work around the dirty water the Yellowstone has been fishing well the past few days.  This often means going above the plug where the river has just cleared, or way below the mud so that the mud doesn’t catch up with you.  Fish have been eating the rubberlegs hard recently, they’ve also been eating streamers, hoppers, ants, and attractor dries. Give us a call for the latest info on where the mud is and how to avoid it… it may however involve a longer drive than you were originally planning on.  The upper Madison has also been fishing well, which may or may not be a closer drive for you…
