The caddis have “popped” but not in crazy numbers yet and the fish haven’t been on the dries very hard. Clarity on the Yellowstone today is definitely worse than yesterday but still good enough to catch a few on dries. We have had the best luck on caddis emergers. Today is on the windy side, which might make throwing streamers the go to game until you see some risers in the lee. Looks like heavier mud is coming from Gardiner, so tomorrow may be too muddy.
