The Yellowstone River continues to produce good midge hatches daily.  Look for fish sipping single adults and mating clusters in the rivers slower seams and flats.  Fish have especially been found on the down river side of structure that blocks the wind and congregates the insects.

The spring creeks have been seeing plenty of traffic lately with the mild weather we are having.  Midges both larva underneath and adults on the surface have been producing daily.  If the wind would stop blowing, you should expect to see fish keying in on the first Blue Winged Olives of the year.  Small leech patterns have also been productive as well.
