To All Things a Season by E. Donnall Thomas Jr

In stock

In some ways, this is the most personal of my outdoor books. In 1995, I kept a simple record of all my outdoor activities and compiled them into a series of essays in chronological order, with no attempt to organize by subject matter, which includes, in addition to the usual fly-fishing, wing-shooting, and bowhunting topics, reflections on wildlife, some interesting travel, and a lot of personal introspection. I’m really not aware of another book quite like it, and it remains a personal favorite.

About the Author:

E Donnall Thomas writes regularly about wingshooting, archery, flyfishing, and wildlife for a number of magazines including Gray’s Sporting Journal, Alaska, Fly Rod & Reel, Shooting Sportsman, Ducks Unlimited, and Retriever Journal. He manages to work part-time as a rural physician when he is not in the outdoors. He and his wife Lori divide their time between homes in rural Montana and coastal Alaska.
