Yellowstone River Fishing Report
CFS at Carter's: 2,180
TEMP at Carter's: 62.8 - 69.4°
Clarity above Carter's, (Tuesday, 8/25)
The river is more or less dirty from Gardiner to Pine and starting to get dirty above Carter's. 89 looked pretty green this morning but probably safest to float somewhere even further down low.
Nymphs, streamers, hoppers, smaller parachutes, and ants have all been solid patterns. Hoppers haven't been crazy, but we're starting to see more and more hopper eats out there. As we move into September both the hopper and streamer bite should improve.
