CFS at Carter's: 1,710
TEMP at Carter's: 55 - 62°

It's going to be WINDY today, especially down low (with gusts up to 55mph). Luckily there is not as much wind in the valley forecast today, nor is there as much wind in the forecast later this week.
The river has dropped quite a bit in CFS since the end of August, and with the colder nights the water temps have dropped significantly as well. We've heard some encouraging hopper reports lately, (although still not gang busters, its been better with some good fish up and looking). This is one of our favorite times of year to fish streamers for big browns, so if you have the chance, get out there and have some fun!
