Clarity, Monday 9/21 above Carter's bridge (6:50AM) - green and good like yesterday

Recent rain has made the river off-color and green, but not brown. We have the same "green is good" water today as yesterday, and perhaps a little more clear as the CFS dropped as well at Carter's. Perfect clarity for fishing streamers and nymphing, I'm sure we'll be back to hoppers and dries in a day or two, if not today.
