Yellowstone River Fishing Report
CFS: 6,290

Mixed reports are coming in, but for the most part the fishing has been very solid lately. The fish are starting to get gorged (as in full of salmonfly nymphs and dries) in the Valley but that shouldn't last more than a few days. With salmonflies, goldenstones, sallies, PMD's, chocolate sedges, caddis, and green drakes the fish have a plethora of options.
Streamers can be a good way to go as well. Typically you won't catch as many fish with this method, but if you are after a trophy fish this is likely your best bet.
