Clarity on the Stone is looking good and the graphs are all currently on the drop.   We’ve been experiencing some afternoon / evening rainstorms however these haven’t been too bad.  This upcoming week most nights are predicting  around 20% chance of rain, which doesn’t bring too much threat of mud.  Wednesday night looks a little worse with a 50% chance of rain, and Thursday evening looks like 40% chance of rain.  We’ll be keeping an eye out for any mud but for now things are looking good.  Water temp has dropped significantly from earlier in the month.  We are now 60-65.5 degrees water temp, which means the fish have been eating throughout the day.  Todd caught his big fish (shown above) around 4:30PM.  Stoneflies, caddis, hoppers, nymphs, and streamers have all been working well lately.  Give us a call to book a guide or for the latest report!  406-222-7130.
