We do everything we can to make our customers happy and give them a reason to come back the next time that they need anything related to fly fishing. If placing an order in our online fly shop, rest assured that your private information is secure and we are the only ones that will process the charges on your credit card. If you order a product we don’t currently have in stock, we will email you as soon as possible and let you know when we expect to be able to ship it. If this is the case, we will not charge your credit card until we receive the product and ship this to you. Otherwise, if the item is in stock, we will normally ship within 3 business days and will charge your credit card at that time.
Please understand that just because an item is listed on the webiste that it is not necessarily in stock in the store. Our stock changes from season to season and some items may be backordered or slow to get from the manufacturer. We work as hard as possible to get you your order in a timely fasion, however, dealing with high end fly fishing equipment means that we do have to deal with backorders on a fairly regular basis.
For our standard or free shipping we typically utilize UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail. If you have a preference please let us know at the time of your order.
If you need something shipped right away please give us a call to make sure that the items that you need are in stock. Once we’ve got your gear all sorted out we can discuss the best options to get your equipment to you in the fastest way possible.
There will be a flat rate shipping charge that will be attached to your order to cover shipping expenses, the cost of the shipment depends on the region you are located. All international orders placed by first time customers must be processed using a direct wire transfer, this is to protect us from scams that are common with international transactions. If you purchase a product from the Yellowstone Angler, and you decide it isn’t what you wanted, simply give us a call within 30 days and we will make arrangements to get you what you do want or we’ll refund your money. If you intend to return an item it must be unused. If you use a product and have a problem, call us and we will work with you to have any issues resolved with the manufacturer. In other words, if you aren’t happy, we will do everything we can to make you happy.
