Due to recent rain and colder temperatures FWP has lifted several “Hoot Owl” fishing closures including the Yellowstone from the HWY 212 Bridge in Laurel to the Yellowstone National Park boundary. Basically this means the Yellowstone is now open to fishing 24 hours a day like usual and you no longer have to quit fishing between 2:00PM and midnight. Click here for a complete list of current closures: https://fwp.mt.gov/news/current-closures-restrictions. Starting tomorrow, (Wednesday 8/25) our shop hours will change to 7:00AM-5:00PM Monday – Saturday and 8:00AM-5:00PM on Sundays.
